Service and Scope

VPNBonus provides access to international routes, subscription configuration, and links to obtain client software for lawful cross-border access. Coverage includes 100+ countries and 160+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes and configurations available to you are shown in the user panel.

This service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, content, or licenses to use third-party websites or applications. The operators of those services determine their regional policies, account eligibility, and access rules. A VPNBonus subscription does not grant permission to use those services.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials and subscription configuration secure, and do not disclose them to others. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, change your password and report the situation by submitting a ticket. Do not include your password or complete subscription link when reporting an issue.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time. The service is for use on devices belonging to the account holder and does not authorize resale or providing access to others. Renting, reselling, or publicly distributing subscription configurations, or sharing an account with others, is prohibited. Having no device limit does not change your plan's data allowance or your obligation to use the service in compliance with these terms.

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before choosing, review the plan details and your order information.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and to your activities, as well as the rules of any service you access. You may not use this service for fraud, infringing the rights of others, distributing illegal content, unauthorized system access, cyberattacks, or other unlawful activities.

You may not disrupt the normal operation of this service or third-party networks through connection abuse, malicious requests, or similar conduct. You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload, download, or transmit is lawful. VPNBonus may take appropriate action in response to reasonably substantiated abuse, but does not present network access as permission to engage in unlawful activities.

Availability and Scope of Liability

Connection quality depends on factors such as your local network, device configuration, international links, and the status of the service you are accessing. Maintenance, upstream failures, or force majeure events may lead to route changes or temporary interruptions. VPNBonus does not guarantee access to all regions, at all times, or through every third-party application.

If you encounter a problem, first consult the troubleshooting guide, then submit a ticket with a description of the issue and any necessary diagnostic information. This service is not responsible for third-party content or their operational decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that VPNBonus is required to assume by law. These general liability limitations do not restrict rights you have under applicable law or the refund policy on this page.

Refund Terms

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. To request one, sign in to the user panel, use the ticket portal to explain your request, and provide order information to verify the payment. Do not submit your account password or complete payment credentials.

VPNBonus will verify the order and provide updates through the ticket. The time it takes for a refund to arrive depends on the payment channel; no separate arrival timeframe is promised on this page. Any changes to subscription benefits and the outcome of the request will be explained in the ticket. If you have a dispute about the order, you can provide additional information in the original ticket.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If you violate these terms through unlawful use, resale or sharing, or malicious disruption of the service, VPNBonus may suspend the relevant access or terminate the account depending on the impact. If urgent action is needed to control a risk, VPNBonus may take necessary measures first; you can raise an objection through a ticket. Such action does not affect rights available under applicable law or any applicable refund policy.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page along with an updated date. Important changes that affect subscription use will be announced on the site or shown in the user panel. You can review the details and ask questions after a change is made. Changes to these terms do not retroactively cancel refund rights that have already accrued. Any matters not addressed here will be handled under applicable law.
