Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 2026

This policy applies to the VPNBonus website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains the purposes for processing data, what is retained, and how to submit requests. Third-party payment providers and services you visit handle data under their own policies.

Account Details and Order Records

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. This service processes your username and password verification data to create your account, verify sign-ins, and manage subscription access. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in your username, and do not send your password through a support ticket.

Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment result, data allowance, and refund details. They are used to provide subscriptions, verify transactions, and handle after-sales support. Cumulative data usage is used for billing and allowance management, not as a record of browsing activity.

An email address, issue description, or screenshot you choose to provide through a support ticket is used only for the related communication and troubleshooting. An email address is not required to create an account. Before submitting a screenshot, hide passwords, payment credentials, and complete subscription links.

Anonymous No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling

VPNBonus follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing history, destination domains, page content, or details of destination requests. It does not create records that can be used to trace an individual's browsing activity.

This service does not persistently store user connection logs, including the association between source addresses, destination addresses, and connection times that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Temporary session state needed to transmit data is used only while a connection is active and is not retained as historical connection logs after the session ends.

Account status, orders, and cumulative usage are distinct from the connection logs described above and are still processed as needed to provide the service. The anonymous no-logs policy describes this service's data practices; it does not mean that destination websites, devices, or payment providers will not process data they collect themselves.

Site Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help us understand page usage, find broken links, and improve workflows. They cover website interaction data such as page visits, referral categories, device and browser types, and button actions. They are not used to record browsing activity during subscription connections.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sign-in status, perform security checks, and save interface preferences such as language. The user panel stores sign-in credentials in local storage. Website analytics may use cookies to distinguish browsing sessions; related data is used only for website operations analysis.

You can restrict cookies, clear site data, or sign out through your browser settings or the site's sign-out function. Clearing local storage may require you to sign in again and reset preferences, but it does not delete your server-side account or orders.

Payments and Data Sharing

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party providers, whose policies explain identity checks, transaction retention, and data use. VPNBonus receives the transaction identifier, amount, and payment status needed to verify orders.

Do not submit your payment account password to VPNBonus. For a refund or order verification, provide only the information necessary to locate the transaction. This service does not sell personal data. When data must be shared with a technical service provider, it is limited to what is needed to deliver the relevant service. The same principle of necessity applies when responding to valid legal requests.

Retention Periods and Deletion Requests

Account details are retained while account services are provided. Order and refund records are kept for as long as needed to process transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Analytics and support ticket data are deleted or de-identified once their purposes have been fulfilled; no fixed retention period is promised for all data.

Sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete data through the support ticket portal. To prevent someone else from deleting your account, we first need to verify that you control it; verification does not require your password. Deletion affects subscription access. Before submitting a request, let us know if any pending orders or support matters need to be retained.

Records related to pending transactions, disputes, or legal retention requirements may not be eligible for deletion yet. Our response will explain the reason and scope of any continued retention.

Policy Updates and Privacy Questions

If the purposes of processing, data covered, or request methods change, this page and the update month at the top will be revised. Important changes affecting user rights will be explained through site announcements or notices in the user panel. Where consent is required, it will be obtained in accordance with applicable requirements.

If you have questions about this policy or data processing, submit a privacy-related support ticket through the user panel. See the Terms of Service for rules on using the service.
